In the case you succeeded on the test, but didn’t receive the confirmation email


If this should happen, please consider the following:

  • The mail may have been automatically sorted into your junk mail folder.
    Please confirm:
    Sign-in to your email service and check your junk mail folder.
  • Your email service’ junk mail filter settings may automatically erase any emails upon delivery.
  • You may have incorrectly entered the email address.
  •   

You may be assured that all final check [test] results are kept on the STARS database. So, if there is a problem concerning receipt of the course completion confirmation email, please contact us with the required information and we can arrange a copy for you.

2 Date test was completed
3 Email address
4 Contact telephone number
5 If you’ve already pre-arranged the practical skills training portion, the start date and the member dive shop’s name.
