In the case you succeeded on the test, but didn’t receive the confirmation email


If this occurs, please check the following:

  • The email may have been automatically filtered into your junk or spam folder.
    Please sign in to your email service and check your junk or spam folder.
  • Your email service’s junk mail filter settings may automatically delete emails upon delivery.
  • The email address may have been entered incorrectly.

Please be assured that all final check test results are securely stored in the STARS database. If you experience any issues receiving the course completion confirmation email, please contact us with the required information below, and we will arrange to resend it to you.

Please email us the following information:

1. Full name
2. Date the test was completed
3. Email address used for registration
4. Contact telephone number
5. If you have already arranged the practical skills training, the start date and the name of the member dive shop.
