【Types of Practical Training】

The practical training consists of two courses:

① Preparatory Course (Upon completion of this course, you will be certified as an Assistant Instructor.)

② Main Course (Upon completion of this course and after logging at least 100 dives, you will be certified as an Open Water Instructor.)

【Preparatory Course】

In the Preparatory Course, you will practice instructor demonstration techniques that are shown to students during beginner-level courses. Upon completion of this course, those who wish may register as an Assistant Instructor. Assistant Instructors support certified instructors and are responsible for conducting skill demonstrations in diver training courses.

【Main Course】

In the Main Course, you will practice conducting the complete instructional procedures of beginner-level courses in a safe and proper manner. A practical examination will be conducted at the end of the course.
