Finpipot is training to master the sensation of neutral buoyancy, where you experience the change in buoyancy caused by breathing.
First of all, you will be lowered on the sea floor (sand) where the water depth is not so deep with BC all air deflated.
Next, let air in the BC for about 0.5 seconds by using a power inflator.
Use the power inflator to inflate the BC several times, until only the tip of your fins is on the sea floor when breath in, and until you will be lowered on the sea floor when breath out.
This is the state of neutral buoyancy.
Repeat this exercise over and over to get a sense of neutral buoyancy in the water. |
