A little review before enjoying.

Before we introduce you to the various types of fun, let's review neutral buoyancy techniques, which
are the basis for all types of fun.

After you can smoothly control neutral buoyancy during the first ocean training, you will be able to master the various ocean games.


How to adjust buoyancy.

When instructed by the instructor, lie face down on the seabed (sand) with all the air out of your BC.

Next, use the power inflator to inflate the BC for about 0.5 seconds.

Inhale and inflate the BC with the power inflator several times until only the fins touch the seabed
and when you exhale, you are supine again.

This is the state in which neutral buoyancy is maintained. Repeat this several times until you learn
the feeling of maintaining neutral buoyancy without having to touch the seabed.
