■Compass bearing

Master the compass bearing to create a seafloor topographic map.
Compass bearing is the degrees in other directions when north is 0 degrees.
When the north is 0 degrees, the number increases clockwise.
The number increases to 359 degrees and returns to 0 degrees.

For example, east is 90 degrees.
When you are heading east, you are heading 90 degrees.
If you are heading 270 degrees, you are heading west.
Also, going in the direction of 45 degrees means going in the northeast direction.
