■Preparation Before Setup |
Fully charge the battery and insert the memory card into your digital camera before assembling the system.
■Installing the Camera in the Housing |
Even a small amount of dust, sand, or hair on the housing O-ring can compromise the seal and cause flooding.
Inspect and clean the O-ring carefully before closing the housing.
Take extra care when opening or closing the housing and when placing the camera inside.
Digital cameras generate heat, and high humidity inside the housing may cause lens fogging.
Place a small silica gel pack inside the housing to help reduce moisture before sealing it.
After assembly, perform a leak test before diving.
Submerge the housing in fresh water for about 30 seconds without the camera inside.
Check carefully for air bubbles and confirm that all buttons operate smoothly.
