Risk Management

Obligations and Responsibilities

Decide on the overall schedule and dive plan before recruiting participants.

■Dive plan

Let's plan the diving points and dive profiles based on the seafloor topographic map.

The maximum depth for Tourist Divers is 12 meters.

The maximum depth for Open Water Divers is 20 meters.

We will conduct fun dives at depths that are safe and comfortable for participants' skill levels.

A C-card guarantees a certain level of proficiency at a specific point in time and does not guarantee proficiency in the future.

For divers who have not dived for more than two months (anxiety about being in the water) or who have less than 10 diving experiences (inexperienced divers), lead a refresher dive in a pool or calm, shallow waters before the fun dive. Confirm basic skills such as mask clearing, regulator recovery, and regulator clearing.

During periods of low water temperature or dives that require a lot of physical exertion, plan for dive times and depths that are 1.5 times longer/deeper than usual.

Also, depending on the constitution and physical condition of the members, the risk of decompression sickness may increase even with dives that do not exceed the no-decompression limits.

Let's make a relaxed plan.

■Dive trip itinerary

Let's decide on the travel schedule.

Let's confirm the important details in advance.

①Meeting and dispersal location and times

②Location and contact information for accommodations

③Maximum capacity of the facility

④Fees (included and excluded costs)

⑤Participants' belongings

⑥Training fees, guide fees, accommodation costs, airplane costs and cancellation policies

Refer to a seafloor topographic map.

Refresh in a pool or in calm, shallow waters.

Do not plan for dives that require a lot of physical exertion.
