■ Mask

Before entering the water, apply an appropriate defogging solution to the mask lens and rinse lightly.

Secure long hair away from the mask skirt to maintain a proper seal and prevent leaks.

Place the mask gently on your face, pull the strap over the back of your head, and adjust it evenly. The mask should be snug but not overly tight.

■ Weight Belt

Hold the buckle in your left hand and the free end of the belt in your right. Secure the belt firmly around your waist so it fits snugly without restricting breathing.

Distribute the weights evenly on both sides to maintain proper balance in the water.

Ensure the quick-release buckle is positioned for easy access in case of emergency.

■ Fins

For safety, ask your buddy to assist with balance while putting on your fins.

Insert your foot fully into the foot pocket. If using open-heel fins, secure the strap comfortably and ensure it is properly positioned.

For full-foot fins, carefully slide your heel into place without forcing the foot.
