Dolphin Facts

■ Fishing Rights

In certain regions, local fishermen hold exclusive fishing rights. Respect local laws and regulations, and do not collect or harvest marine life unless permitted.

■ Beach Usage

The beach and ocean are shared environments. Keep personal belongings organized and avoid occupying excessive space. Show consideration for other beach users at all times.

■ Environmental Conservation

Maintain proper buoyancy control to avoid contact with coral or marine life. Never touch, stand on, or break coral.

Dispose of cigarette butts properly and use a portable ashtray if necessary. Always remove all trash and leave the area cleaner than you found it.

■ Respect for Dolphins

Do not chase dolphins, as this causes stress and disrupts natural behavior.

Do not touch or attempt to touch dolphins. Maintain a respectful distance at all times.

Avoid approaching groups that include calves. Interfering with family groups may disturb protective adult dolphins.

Do not feed dolphins. Feeding alters natural hunting behavior and can create dependency.

Dolphins communicate through sound. Do not use equipment that produces artificial noise, such as underwater scooters or whistles.

Move slowly and calmly in the water to avoid startling marine life. Responsible interaction ensures a safe and meaningful experience for both divers and dolphins.
