■Weight
In deep diving, water pressure causes the bubbles in a wetsuit to compress, which can lead to a sudden decrease in buoyancy.
It is recommended to use slightly less weight than in normal diving so that the diver can be neutrally buoyant on the seafloor.

■Suit
Sunlight does not easily reach deeper water, so the temperature does not rise much.
Also, warm water is lighter and cold water is heavier, so deeper areas generally have lower temperatures.

In addition, during deep diving, water pressure compresses the bubbles in a wetsuit, which quickly reduces its insulation.
A 5 mm wetsuit or a dry suit is recommended.
Before using a dry suit, take a Dry Suit Specialty course and become familiar with dry suit use.
