Allow adequate surface interval time before ascending to altitude or flying after diving.
Always follow your dive computer’s no-fly time recommendations.

Check your dive computer display

When conducting repetitive dives, allow sufficient surface interval time between dives.
A minimum of one hour is recommended, and longer intervals provide additional safety.

Avoid hot showers, baths, hot springs, or saunas immediately after diving.
Excessive heat may increase circulation and could elevate decompression stress.
