■Pressure gauge

Deep diving increases gas consumption, so monitor your pressure gauge frequently and confirm it is reading accurately.

Choose a gauge with a luminous (easy-to-read) scale so you can check it quickly in low-light conditions.

■Diving computer, etc.

Displays and ascent-rate guidance can vary by model.
As a team, try to use the same type of dive computer whenever possible and always follow the most conservative computer in the group.
Because every diver's profile can differ, each diver should use their own dive computer.

For backup, consider carrying an analog depth gauge or a mechanical diver's watch that does not require a battery, in case of malfunction.
