By participating in the Open Water Instructor Course, achieving the required level, and paying the registration fee and annual membership fee to STARS, you can obtain an Open Water Instructor certification card, which certifies that you are qualified to safely conduct beginner-level diving courses and guide fun dives.
To maintain your Open Water Instructor status, you are required to pay the designated annual membership fee to STARS.
