Stay well clear of any boat with a moving propeller.

Approach the boat only after confirming with the boat crew that the engine is in neutral and the propeller has completely stopped.

If a current line is available, hold the line and wait calmly for the signal from the boat crew or dive leader before approaching for pickup.

If no current line is available, remain close to your group and wait together for the pickup signal to avoid separation.
